Event Description
NeighborWorks®Rochester Healthy Blocks Program is working with the Realtors Charitable Foundation to offer a free house plaque for your home including your street address and neighborhood logo! (see posted picture).
Realtors from the Young Realtors Network will be coming around on Atlantic Avenue and E. Main St. within the Pocket neighborhood volunteering to install this plaque for your convenience!
