As you probably have heard by now the City of Rochester plans to do street improvements on Akron Street and Cedarwood Terrace in the spring. The city of Rochester is losing over 2,000 residents per year. That’s 2,000 people who are choosing to leave City neighborhoods, and they are taking their tax dollars with them.
