Did you know that NeighborWorks has a monthly orientation for future home buyers? If you've ever thought about owning a home, these events are a great opportunity. We have representatives from local banks available talk about their programs for down-payment and closing cost assistance. Many banks have matching programs where if you save money for your home, they will match your investment, sometimes as much as $4 for each $1 you contribute.

Our home ownership counselors will go over the basics of homeownership with you and answer any questions you may have. If you're not sure where to start, start with us.

Orientations are held the first Monday of each month at 6:30 pm. Our office is located at 570 South Avenue, between Hamilton and Averill Avenue. Free parking is available behind our building. If you have questions or would like to RSVP, please call Cheryl Scott at 325-4170 x313.
