These loans are designed to assist any resident in our Healthy Blocks neighborhoods- regardless of income- to make improvements or repairs to his/her home. Because we want to help you improve the curb appeal of
your home, the interest rate is between 4 and 6 percent, depending on the amount of work that enhances the exterior of your property.
